Leak Detections $350

A leaking swimming pool can be stressful.  Let us help you find the leak, and determine the best repair options.

Our leak detections include:

- written report​ same day as inspection
- pressure test pool returns
- pressure test spa jets
- pressure test pool suction
- pressure test spa suction
- check light niche
- test equipment
- check for structural cracks
- electronic leak analysis (when applicable)
- video inspection (when applicable)
- includes up to 2 hours of labor time

$75 per additional pump tested
$50 per hour beyond the first 2 hours

Home inspections are a great place to start, but most home inspectors are not experts on swimming pools and pool equipment.  Our expert technicians can provide a thorough inspection that could save thousands in the long run.  Additionally, our team can repair or replace anything we inspect

Our inspections include:

- written report with recommendations and estimates
- inspection of all pumps, filters, and heaters
- testing all automation
- visual inspection of pool structure
- visual inspection of deck
- test of all lights and electrical systems
- test of gas line

$25 per additional pump test
$50 per hour beyond the first two hours
